By using Heatex high performance Compex exchangers, the energy created by the catalytic process (normally a temperature increase of 200-250°) can effectively be used to heat up the incoming contaminated air to the necessary starting temperature for the catalytic process.

Due to the large energy saving (normally around 75 kW per 1000 Nm³/h and hour) it will often be paying its way within less than a year. The Compact Compex exchanger is so effective that no energy input is needed in the process after starting up.
