OBJECTIVES, ORGANIZATION AND PRODUCTS Commercial & Industrial Energy-Saving and Specialty Systems Objectives and Organization...EER Products is a 22 year old sales organization consisting of HVAC engineers and technicians who want to provide customers with energy-saving products or specialty systems that require expertise to correctly apply on a given project. Customer satisfaction, commitment to engineering excellence and consistent trustworthiness are ideals we are committed to attain. Our objective is to sell and grow in the Commercial and Industrial HVAC market where an unsatisfied need for Specialty and Energy-Saving products and systems exists. Consulting Engineers, Industrial Plants, Mechanical Contractors, Owners and Managers are our primary customers. We have maintained technical leadership by relying heavily on in-house support services provided by personal computers from the beginning; we draw plans and systems with AutoCAD 13, run heat loads and economic payback on Spreadsheets, and use several other popular PC software programs to provide information to our customers in a timely, accurate manner. Two sales engineers work out of our Minneapolis office and four others work out of Rochester, Eau Claire, Fargo and Sioux Falls to provide local, timely engineering assistance to customers in the surrounding area. Products and Systems...EER Products refers to Energy Efficiency Ratio Products. We are continually looking to provide products and systems that will save energy on heating, cooling, ventilating and humidity control of indoor environments. Reducing ventilation costs while complying with ASHRAE Standard 62 ventilation requirements provides major opportunities. Ventilation Products ...XeteX "Heat-X-Changers" and AIRotor "Energy Recovery" units and systems provide big energy savings when outdoor ventilation air is required by ASHRAE Standard 62, local building codes or simply the need to provide better indoor air quality. Absolutaire Fresh Air Makeup, DSP Monoxivent Fume Source Capture, HEMCO Fume Hoods, ROSEMEX VAV Air Valves, AIR-VENT and AIR-SOX fabric distribution ducts and Acutherm "Thermafuser" Modular VAV Diffusers have provided high Indoor Air Quality while reducing the cost of operation on many projects. Heating Products...Radiant Heaters offer a comfortable, energy efficient way to heat many buildings. Detroit Radiant "ReVerberRay" gas & electric fired heaters continue to save fuel costs because they heat without moving air and have high burner combustion efficiencies. Detroit Radiant is the largest manufacturer and offers the most types of ceramic, power burner and vacuum radiant heaters available. Moisture Control...Humidity control is extremely important consideration for many Industrial and Commercial applications including paper and antiquity storage, water treatment facilities, computer and cleanrooms, electronic, medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing and indoor swimming pool environments. EER Products has the technical expertise to apply the proper humidification or dehumidification products to satisfy any requirement. Outdoor air is dehumidified with AIRotor moisture removing enthalpy exchangers. DCA refrigerant and Low Humidity Systems (LHS) desiccant dehumidifiers limit moisture as required. |
